She cries herself to sleep tonight
With sorrow filled eyes.
The one she loves is being stolen away as she weeps
The lve they share is strong bu she can't even see.
His eyes burn bloody and red
They wish to be but are locked away.
She clutches her chest and shakes
Trying to sleep but dreams bring pain.
He stares at a bottle of liquor
Tempted by ignorance and being numb.
She'll cry for her love until she gets him back
She'll wish night and day for it to rain.
He'll plead and beg, crying all the while
Wishing as his love does for him.
They cry for eachother, for rain and for love
To be free and to see eachother for an eternity.
She'll be his forever rain or shine
He'll pray for her smile, for her to be by his side.
A longing like non-other
A sorrow lasts forever
A love like a fire
A rain-strm wished into existence.
