Picture Perfect Puzzle

When I found you that summer

I found who I wanted to be

With you I finally found someone

As crazy and funny as me

We were parts of the same puzzle

And all of the pieces fit

We worked together perfectly

We had a spark that lit

Tiny lies and disagreements

Led us to be apart

But I hope you’ll always know

You found a brand new puzzle

And some of the pieces fit

But the really important pieces

Were locked outside of it
