Memories Make a Difference

You can Make a Difference in what a child remembers...

Memories… & A Child’s Dreams….

The tension mounts..

The angry words… Loud voices…

A mother’s tears… A father’s distance….

Our children… Became little referees

and were torn between us.

Now…we're divorced..

We all…live the difference…

But even living our separate lives -

You can still feel some of the tension,

But….it’s quieter…now.

Memories…..visit the present.

Our children - their innocent faces…are like little triggers..!

Yesterday’s ….anger….that tension….those tears….

is so hard to leave behind.

Very often…

Divorced Parents voice their own bitterness in front of their children.

Little ears listen as Mothers and Fathers relive the past by sharing their memories!

Our children… Our little referees are still being torn between the two of us.

?? WHY, Must our memories of the past…

Muddy their present…..or….Cloud their future…???

As Parents…..You…..Me.. …Our Children… Remember!

And What - we remember…

- is colored by our perspective and time.

Thus, we all remember the past…. Differently!

Memories… Make a difference….

Our History…was their beginning…

The Present… Our today’s….are their tomorrows…

With dreams of tomorrow…

Our children – a mix of the best parts of US..

Remember the good in you…in me …is a part of them!

Let us celebrate our future, by letting go of the past.

A simple change in -

Your perspective…

Your attitude…

Or your behavior…

Can Make a Big Difference in the life of a child ……TODAY!
