Sometimes, you have to save yourself, before you can help anyone else.

Do not judge me,

I'm begging you, please.

You thought I was strong

When I'm really so weak.

I'm leaving you here

And I'm leaving with ease.

This pain within me

Is quaking my knees.

I tried to help you,

Really I tried,

But it shattered my heart

To hear all your lies.

I know that your pain

Starts deep down inside,

But mine is there too

And it no longer hides.

You asked me to come

And without thought I came.

When I tried to help

You lay me to blame.

It's such a pity,

Truely a shame,

That now we both wish

To forget both our names.
