Look above you, he walks up there.
Look below you, he lives down there.
Look around you, he's watching you.
He's in your very soul.
He's in your very room.
He's in your very voice.
He's the phantom of the opera.
Luring Christine to his lair,
Denying those who cherish her.
Committing crimes to gain some love,
A musical genius in the very making.
He's a Don Juan of the voice.
He's a sight to behold.
He's the phantom of the opera.
A mask conceals his horrid face,
Whilst the hands of a corpse play the piano.
In his spacious catacombs of the opera house,
A magician, architect, musician and assassin,
He is truly the phantom of the opera.
