my despise is gone unrecognized
the fleets of anger and burning
are the only light of sight
as trickling thoughts come to ignite
the plain sudden misery
has plagued us all
we don't know how to rise from
digging our treacherous falls
it spreads, it simmers
more and more
seep, corrodes
the hope
and this is the hatred
that crept up at night
invading our dreams
blinding our eyes
awaking to nothing
as nothing becomes our soul
our once gleaming hearts
has turned away from being whole
