A shriek

A thrill

A cry

A laugh;

Please dont deny

My precious plead.

So vulnerable am I

In this world of crowds,

Teeming with life, yet

Vast with nothingness.

Aching am I,

So tiny and helpless

To this universe of

Internal prisons.

Keep me from harm

Save me from hurt

Help me out-grow

This state of mind.

Help me understand

These feelings of mine!

Why do i cry,

Why do i hurt,

Why is it, I

Feel so completely

Burnt?

My throat is sore,

My heart so heavy,

My eyes, they sting,

All thoughts but forgotten.

Why do i watch from

A place so surreal

Completely parallel?

Who would understand ,

These tears of mine?

Tell me, please,

This motion of mine!

Please understand this plead of mine.
