Poem about losing things so slowly you don't notice until it's all gone

Little blisters in my skin
Puss filled sores full of sorrow
Ready to burst open
Bloody red, full of angry words
Left unspoken
For failure of time to speak them.

Dark lives, layed to waste
in dark canyons of black minds
grey eyes staring out of empty souls
dark. black. grey.
taking over the little bit
that used to be me.

Empty holes in the skin
Used to be sores
Used to be things that made me feel
now it remains some dark scar
trying to remind me who i am

Sorrow filled worlds
Protruding from severe emptiness
Angry eruptions of things said
words uttered
time not spend
Lives lost
