The End
Welcome me in your wholesome arms,
And bind me in your embrace
Until time has left us and
When this world shakes in the realization
That this is the end.
Welcome me in your elegant castle,
Embrace me like a friend, kiss me like a lover
Until thought has left both our minds
Until death has stolen both our hearts and
Taken it to the end.
Welcome me in your dead garden
Where you grow the bones of your ancestors
Where you stand guard every day
Until the sun sinks and comes anew
Until the end.
