Demon’s Valor

You’re always alone, but you’re never scared

Cause’ you realize no one can see that you’re there.

They can’t see your heart or your soul or your mind

They only see trails that you once left behind,

Which is nothing and no one because you’re a failure

And you wish they’d have known what all of your prayers where.

It was all for them, all for love, all for trust, none for us.

We watched as they laughed, how they changed you to break you

They tore you apart ‘cause they thought it would make you.

Then your world turned to dust and your love to a stone,

And they took your friends and your life and your home.

They laughed as they saw you all weak on your knees

And you begged God to help you, “oh please Daddy please”.

They told you He left you and taught you to get through.

They took all the pain and they made it your love too.
