My anger hits you on the nose & pulls your hair and grabs your face
My hatred spits upon your skin and trips you up and takes your space
My dislike hurls you from my mouth and loses you and throws you out
My distain gets you round the throat, strangles you and drowns your shout
My distain pushed you off the cliff and held you face down in the dirt
My dislike smacked you like a horse, reined you in and made you hurt
My hatred kicked you hard and took you down and stole your breath
My anger raised the knife and slashed at you and caused your death
