As I awakened all I could hear
Was the creaking of the floor boards
And the whispering in my ear

A familiar coldness would surround me
Sending shivers down my spine
Alarm bells started ringing as memories came to mind

I tried not to hear, I tried to close my eyes
But her presence would not listen
She had come back for her prize

The curtains began to sway
And the lights began to flicker
Afigure shot across the room, I had seen nothing move quicker

Panic shot through my body
I could not scream, I could not cry
For I remembered what had happened last time

This awful pain, that crept up inside
Was not going to be leaving, me behind
It made me tremble, it made me fear
I'd lost my speech and was unable to hear

She hovered above me, eyes glowing red
Her wickedness was surrounding
A pain seared through my head

I'll always remember her
She'll never leave my mind
She knows where to get me
She knows where I will hide
But if she returns again, then onlyfate must decide.
