To SEE
B-E-A-U-T-Y

With eyes closed tight and arms stretched out,
The top uneven peak can make you flinch.
Laying both palms, along the parallel sides,
All five fingers will not fit evenly
throughout.
Placing palms down,
until resting on its front.
Two fingers reach its narrow,
oh so, eloquent top.
Fingers curl around tapered, sandy, layers.
Alike a beach castle, so tranquil and precise.
An extraordinary piece, so heavenly divine.
Moving both palms down, curving inward,
Then suddenly straight down.
Bumps, groves, curves and creases,
A sure likeness of myself to be felt.
Reaching around the bottom, ocean waves.
No; far too layered and smooth.
 Can ones touch be mistaken?
Is this even real?
To look with ones eyes and see only dark.
Not knowing the truth, no direction at all.
For only to feel in the dark,
and finding out,
Beauty exists within ourselves.
