This was from a while ago, a couple years back actually.

If I screamed or if I cried,
Would you say it would be alright?
Would you hold me and whisper in my ear?
Would you tell me things I want to hear?
Would you break my heart,
Turn what's broken into shards?
Or would protect me for all you're worth,
Which, to me, is more than the earth.
I can't believe what's happening, I'm scared it's a dream,
But more afraid if it isn't and all is as it seems.
Then that all will fall apart,
Along with my fixing heart.
Becoming nothing more than ashes and rubble,
That you'll bring nothing but heart trouble.
But I trust you with all I have,
So take my cold heart in your warm hand.
