These Scars Will Never Fade With Time

Poetry By: LizLew
Poetry

This just explains the feeling of losing someone you love, whether it be romantically or otherwise.
I'm sorry for any disattachments, but the family members I have lost have meant nothing to me, and I'm still with the person I love.
This is the one poem that was not inspired by a real experiance.

These chills run down my broken spine,
My mind is fixed on your broken lies.
My heart is burning and screaming in cries,
These Scars Will Never Fade With Time.

I hear the calling of the broken shadows,
The ones whose souls are black and shallow.
I'm still bleeding with tears and black blood,
I have been broken by the medicine of love.

Don't say you understand when you don't,
Don't ever judge what you don't know.
You think that you suffer through shit?
Take a walk in my shoes, let's see YOU handle it.

Your dark eyes glitter like the stars,
Give me a break! Why don't you count my scars!
You watch me walk away with hate in your eyes,
I hide behind a smile, I live my own lie.

I try to hide this pain you injected me with,
You're like a drug, my own heroine.
You are my obsession, I love you completely,
But you're ruining my life, and you can kill me.

I cannot remember the last time we talked,
And it didn't hurt, not at all.
But then, some angels had to fall,
You are from Hell, the Devil of some sorts.

But here's the funny part, the part which I now see,
You said you didn't but you've always loved me.
Too bad that now I'm dead and gone,
You had me, you lost me, the choice you made was wrong.

These chills run down your broken spine,
Your mind is fixed on your broken lies.
Your heart is burning and screaming in cries,
These Scars Will Never Fade With Time.
