When the moon is up, I feel alive,
When the wind is crazy, so am I.
I feel the lightning in my veins,
I taste the thunder, I am the rain.
The fire that people fear the most,
It’s completely under my control.
A rock stone is hard to break,
A simple smile is easy to fake.
Hades is my playground where the games begin,
Hell is a holiday, I’m welcomed in.
That black sky you sleep through at night,
I embrace, I cannot fight.
I feel safe in its cool air,
While you live happy without a care.
The world keeps on turning, no matter who dies,
The world continues flowing, not listening to your cries.
When the sun is out, ready to play,
You think your nightmares have gone away.
We’re just hiding, waiting for night fall,
You’re Never Safe, not at all.
Author's Note-
Hope you weren't too fooled by the title. You didn't think I'd write a happy poem, now did you?
