A woman made miserable
I was serious, I didn’t like the things you’d do.
How you changed towards me, you seemed irresponsible!
You apologised hoping I’d remain a fool!
I didn’t want the life, of a woman miserable.
I was curious, when your moods so often changed.
Then I realised you were seeing someone else.
I couldn’t live a lie, I no longer could pretend.
I didn’t want the life, of a miserable woman!
I could never feel right, knowing all that I do about you and that someone else!
So it’s time I moved on, find the love of a man, who’ll respect me for being myself!
I was serious, I couldn’t stand the things you’d do!
Got to get away, live my life, live to the full!
Yes I have to say, like most others I’m no fool.
I don’t want the life, of a woman miserable!
