Where did you go
Where did you go, your eyes are crimson from tears flow
I watched you flee from the news you received
Now you speak to no one, but I too heard
Your best friend passed to the other side
You never got to reason, say goodbye
Maybe you need someone, to persuade you that life goes on.
Dewy eyes you often display, a smile to invoke a brand new day
Today Dewy eyes they cry, bitterness, and hurting pride
With a face that frowns, you scowl and sigh.
But memories will be with you, in colours of heavenly hues
It doesn’t matter what you do
Your precious friend will know
You could never predict he’d be leaving you.
I guess there’s much you wanted to convey, it’s suffocating you
Please don’t hold this way
Your pride suffers for not being there?
In elegance and diligence, kiss him goodbye my dear
His suffering is no more, he knew you cared, so let him go
As he was tired, sickly, worn
Let his memory be the way, in your heart lives on
From deep within, every feeling and emotion will see you through..
