Wishing I could turn off my brain.

She took all the pompous memories;

The memories.

Of him.

And shoved them deep down in the depths;

The moments.

Beside him.

For she had decided feelings were;

Not needed.

Like him.

They only filled her with remorse and dread;

The hurt.

With him.

For it's far better to be starving for feeling;

The missing.

For him.

Then to be drowning in excess of emotion;

The realization.

Without him.~
