Framed was written because I've read alot of poems about people who have been told they were to fat - too skinny - too short too small etc etc. We have been framed so to speak. We can seek pity or we can look in the mirror and see Gods perfect creation or better God him or herself. In reality that's all you will ever see when you look in the mirror
