Confusion and Delirium

Poem By: Marlee

this is a poem I wrote. It is the type of poem that allows the readers to interpret it as they wish. Life is inexplicable and nonsensical; everybody sees things with their own perspective. View table of contents...

I sit alone with you next to me.
I close my eyes and see.
I touch the music.
I breathe in the warm colours.
I hear the images, and taste the warm tingling throughout my body.
I wake up dreaming.
I realize that realizations do not exist.
I watch my life flash before me like a slideshow.
Just a slideshow; I watch from afar.
