The first four lines were actually beautiful in their raw honesty~as ugly and harsh a subject matter it may be. You communicated what you meant well.
Your writing (in general;)has a language that is all its own, nice.

I would like to add that I think it was sad. I feel the pain of someone seeing someone else lost in such a drug induced dimentia~ what a waste.
