Just how we deal with it

Feeling content of being there

Changes your day around

All in an instant

Where did that come from?

Being told not to be afraid

Just to have faith

As little as a mustard seed

Praying for forgiveness

Learning to Forgive oneself

That is the Strength

That only we have inside

Ourselves we can not hide

It's the loving support

Of whom truly care about one's self

If it goes quick

The Ending is long

A battle that sucks you in

Reminding us of the word

The word that gets brought up

Telling us it is going to be ok

To Repent

To Forgive

To Let go

It's ok to feel grief

Sadness is Natural

That which does not kill us

Only makes us Stronger

Some people block themselves

With So Much Hate

People Who Belittle Others

To not sink into their level

We are how we feel we are
