Ashes cover what was then green,
Eyes no longer see what was once seen.
A cloud of smoke blocks out the sun,
A father leaves his mistakes to his son.
Trees bear sorrow and dispair,
Sorrow and misery fill the air.
Dark gray clouds surround mountains,
Oil flows out of once fertile fountains.
The temperature rises reaches new heights,
Stars no longer shine in the lonesome nights.
Humanity spirals into their own destruction,
They are blind and fail to take action.
