Under The Summer Moon

Poetry By: Michael68
Poetry

The heat of the night, the moonlight shining...and the woman I love...making it heaven.

We kiss each other so tenderly,

our love burning so intense

as my hand travels over your breast.

I can feel your body tremble

under my touch,

as we embrace the emotions we share.

Such a love so special,

blazing through the obscurity of the night.

While that mysterious orb

hangs high above us in an ebony sea,

watching us

as we engage in the love and passion

that is between us.

Holding each other as we lay

on this blanket in an empty field,

in such bliss.

Bodies joining as one,

flesh melting together,

as we move to the rhythm

of our hearts.

Whispering in your ear,

the words my heart

longs for you to hear.

On this special night

as we make love,

under this innocent, summer moon.
