Incident At Work

Poem By: MichaelChristopher
Poetry

Short poem based on an event that happened to me at work a few weeks ago.
Think Leonard Cohen-esque, mostly for the ending. View table of contents...

I was working

She was in need of food

She looked gorgeous

I couldn’t help but notice

I wanted to talk to her longer

She astounded me instantly

She spoke softly

I was entranced

I served her her order

She thanked me

She giggled at my joke

I wanted to ask her her number

I was too scared

She paid and thanked me

She walked away rhythmatically

I don’t know what to do with this

Hard-on
