Read it exactly how I put the punctuation in. It's very rhythmic, well it is when I read it. This poem is about life, and everything that could happen. Or anything for that matter.

Where are the embers in the sky this mid afternoon?
The sun is here making them run and hide.
I wish, you’d kiss. Me in the rain,
With out the pain,
And if we get wet there’s no one to blame.
Except ourselves and that’s alright,
Because we’re okay.
Lightening didn’t bite,
So we’re here to stay.
To love and to hold,
Through the thick and thin,
Through the pain and sick…
Minded-Let’s be twisted about this,
Love life with a happy ending,
Hate life with a senile beginning.
Where did you take the wrong turn,
On this road of the cold…hearted.
Where the sun ate all the stars,
And the moon got into a fight with earth,
And it all…ended before it began.
Where do you fit into this story, of the insane.
On this deformed road to no where.
Where the sky is low,
and to the distained hearts;
No one has a set color, so love it forever.
No matter how deep the pain goes,
If you dwell it only grows.
