The veiw of modern society from either an omnipresent being or a simple bystander, one who does not what they see

You can't see California

Without Stevie Wonder's eyes

And Sybil talks to Sybil

And Penelope unweaves

The painted Mandylion of our time

I don't like the drugs

But the rehabs like me fine

We can't bear to win this

But we can't stand to fail

But how do you know what to buy when judgement's for sale?

Downward climb and

Upward fall

Cries for help on a crumbling wall

When all falls down and after the movie comes out

What else is left but rubble and doubt?

We'll burn the witch

And scapegoat the Jew

And persecute the gay

And all will be well again

In the Garden of Eden
