White unicorn, above the clouds,
Carrying a fairy all forlorn,
Her wings so tall graced like silk,
Blowing freely as her will,
Hair long and golden, blowing free,
Side saddle she sits, green gown to her feet,
Face that hides a shadows cry,
Oh sweet unicorn above the sky
Tell me why a Fairy cries?
It was there wish to banisher her,
From brooks and flowers and wishing stones,
To fly the skies from this day forth,
Till the new moon shines for them once more,
Fairies grant but one small wish
Tricked by devilment and disseverment
This fairy I carry on my back
Demolished the new moons,
Without the new moons the fairies perish
For strength and life are drawn from them
So this fairy on my back which cries
Searches high and wide with in the sky
For the New Moons she demolished
To reappear then she must die
