It’s been a year that I have been home and played,
With my computer and educating my mind,
To all of its wonders and what you can find,
The best thing that happened me this last year
Is interacting with all Booksie inspiring writers,
The friends I have made all over the globe,
How we commend each other for our Poems that glow
But now I am afraid I have to go return to the grindstone of work you know!!!
However I make a pledge to you
I will find time for my family in Booksie
To carry on reading and learning as I go
Of all of the adventures and heartaches expressed from your souls
I will place the odd poem to keep you in touch
But for now to all you budding writers new and old
Keep telling your stories of life as they unfold
For ours lives are just a mystery to be told as you go
