THE LETTER
Just a simple Girl,
Who lived in a normal street,
Her Parents are average class,
Working very hard,
To provide and sustain
An enjoyable time,
This day was very different
For just a week ago
The Young girl had written a story so,
She reads it to her tutor,
He commends her words with praise,
Asked if he could keep this piece
She smiles and said “ok”,
Now as she sits at breakfast
Talking with her parents,
About her studies and her day,
The post comes through the door,
A letter addressed to her,
She opens it and Reads,
Thank you for your story,
And I am pleased to say,
It will be in print tomorrow,
Displayed in shops the end of this week,
I enclose a cheque,
For £140,000 Pounds,
The Girl faints and falls to the ground,
Now the simple girl and her parents,
Moved into a neighbourhood
Where the rich do live,
But seldom do they see anyone,
So they returned back to there street,
She shared her wealth with friends and Folk,
Because people in this neighbour hood
Shared and cared about each others life,
And wealth was not top on there LIST,
And now her life was full of joy and bliss
Thanks to all those who shared her life and lived within her street.
