Sunny days
And happy dreams
I while away
Those darker themes
And fill my life
with smiles and laughter,
embracing the ‘happy ever after.’
How glorious!
To be so young
And know
The best is yet to come.
And I won’t mind
If life gets harder.
I’ll get my ‘happy ever after’.
