FLOWER AMONG THORNS

Poetry By: Munna
Poetry

It's all about the harshness of worldly people . We come to lose our innocence because of the wisdom imposed on us by these so-called practical souls .This poem reveals the feeling of an innocent person trapped in the law of jungle !!

                     FLOWER AMONG THORNS

                                    ARVIND K.PANDEY

Loneness which blooms in the desert
Forever lasts in my heart;
Emotions which it once felt
They, like ice, have slowly melted.

   Ocean waves spring up to engulf the moon
   Fanciful ambition which dies soon;
 But my mind does not lean
 Still nurtures a fallen dream.

Light which reanimates the prism of life
Shrewd intentions of destiny imbibe;
But life is a realm of transitory visions
Many coloured visions which reveal life lessons.

One who does not ignore life’s lessons
He soon attains a perpetual position;
And like stars in the sky
Forever illuminates in the sky.
