Gone but not Forgotten

Now that I have a serious loss on my hands, I write to remember him. My friend John Tran has died from Carbon Monixide poisning. I wanted to put all the good memories into a document. So here it is.

I remember the laughing,
The good times spent.
I remember the converstations,
Those funny talks.

You said you would always be here,
But fate worked differently.
I wish you were still here,
Just so I could see you.

Fate works in its mysterious ways,
But why did fate choose you?
Even in death,
I still remember you.

Everyone misses you,
And one thing,
Rest in Peace my friend.
