Just a little fun piece to get me back into writing :)

I hold my heart as it drops

Then I feel it thumps and it stops

Being melodramatic, I know its my thing

I tend to cling to familiarities and the comforts it bring

My new life awaits, an adventure ahead,

A new country, new home, new man, a new bed

We are growing as soulmates, our love flames desire

Friendship, laughter, tears we share, our passion burns a fire

And eventhough this is a love, that only just begun

Exploring, learning, feeling, falling is truely lovers-fun

Very soon I will bid this life, of mine farewell

No more "hi my tjommie" or "eish wena" to be heard or ear to tell

Alweidersein, so long and goodbey is the song that I will most likely sing

I wipe a tear as I look back , walking away as Mrs Goulding.
