There's a girl sitting there
In her solid gold chair
looking out her stained glass window
thinking of her prince charming
I wanna be that little girl
Who was in that alternate world
living in that grand old castle
waited to her there was no hassle
that's a fairy tale life
where everything is so bright
too bad i'm living in this world
where everything is hurtful & mad
when everything is brutal & sad
I wanna be that little girl
too be able to be in that world
where everything is not hurtful
and nothing is sad
i wanna be her...
Standing there looking out & far
wishing on a shooting star
hoping one day i'll be that girl
hope I have that fairy tale world
I wanna be her....
