Our Bottomless Pit

Everything I feel tumbles down to the low ground.

Picking it up,

It’s the most difficult part.

I could really use your help, but you don’t offer.

I need your help, I want your help.

But you’re not even there.

I want you down here, in this bottomless pit with me, but I know that it’ll never happen.

There’s not a chance for us to share one thing that we will ever have in common.

Instead, I have only my bottomless pit.

That you won’t join with me.

Now it’s only my bottomless pit.
