You just sit back and watch as the world comes to it's end.

Am I the only one who sees the worst is just around the bend?

When everything has fallen down, and the flames begin to rise,

you'll place upon your head a crown, and sit upon your throne of lies.

Can't you feel the end is near?

Instead of trying to stop it, you cower back in fear.

I know I'm the cause--what have I done?

There's no more escaping it...The darkest day has come.

The sacrifice is much too high, but it must be done.

Someone here has to die, and we all know I'm the one.

What hurts me more than anything, is that you'll never know.

But my absence will save you from this deadly foe.

I know I'm the cause--what have I done?

There's no more escaping it...The darkest day has come.
