Heart Thief

Baby, I thought you loved me,

but I guess I got it all wrong.

All your lies got me real good

and I still can't forget our song.

You said you were the superhero,

but now I know it's not true.

You turned out to be my worst enemy,

and now I finally have a clue.

Love is far too blind

for me to ever trust it again.

You ruined all our good times

and now love will never win.

It is gone with the wind

and you are gone with my heart.

I would try to get it back,

but without you, I'd be torn apart.
