do you remember

the day you were sitting at the desolate corner

weeping silently like a child who had lost her mother

because you discovered Jim has another lover?

You thought you were alone

but I saw you across the room

I walked towards you

and you glanced up,

despair and hopelessness were all written on your face

Words can't seem to come out from my mouth

so I offered you my shoulder to lean on

my shirt was all wet with your tears
