I was pissed when I wrote this. But, I feel like this often.

Blinded by fury,
Flames traveling through my veins.
Frustration to understand,
Frustration because you don't understand.
If I were given the opportunity to end it all, I would.
If only I wasn't such a coward, because I don't know for certain what lies beyond this point.
Because even if I did, I cannot confidently say that I would go to that place.
The place where hate, sorrow, and anger evaporate in an essence of tranquility.
I hate myself for letting things get to me.
I hate you for causing me stress.
Frustration to understand….
The frustration of being misunderstood…
Fourteen long years seem like enough.
So, I bid farewell to the world of day
And seek comfort in the moon's soft glow.
Taking my past worries and sorrows and wearing them as a blanket.
Hugging my despair closely, it gives me an odd since of assurance.
It is odd.
But, so am I.
So, I bid adieu to the confusing world of day,
And linger in the magic hour of midnight.
