As I Fly

Watch me now as I fly

Majestically through the sky

As I unfurl my wings

And absorb my surroundings

As my wings defy the laws of gravity

So I can stay longer in the sky most happily

As I fly, I soar and float and twirl in the air

Feeling the wind rush through my hair

I stop a moment during this flight to clear my mind

And feel peace with no measure in this small, sweet time

And as I brave this endless sky
