Dear Peggy-Ann.
My dear Peggy-Ann,
I thought my life was so complete,
But then I met you,
It was like the sun came out from behind a cloud.
Everything suddenly changed forever within me,
A burning desire inside my heart,
A kaleidoscope of emotions ran wild within,
Peggy-Ann I knew it was you I was waiting for.
Your sweet voice was like music,
Music of love to me,
Your eyes told me it was our chance,
Our chance to find ourselves within each other.
Now I realise how empty my life was without you,
How lonely and barren my searching soul was,
But its quest is now over and it is content.
Peggy-Ann you are my forever and I yours,
I gaze dreamily at you by day and hold you by night,
My life, my love, my soul and my heart are yours,
Oh sweetest woman of mine,
I do so love you my dear Peggy-Ann, yes I do.
I followed the rainbow I saw,
And at its end I found more than gold,
My dear Peggy-Ann I found you.
