Chai latte

Butterfly kisses

Baby elephants

White chocolate fishes

Big baggy jumpers

Funky flip-flops

Dipping my biscuits

And wearing odd socks

The smell of cut grass

Cherry ice cream

Summer sky blue

Above the Autumn trees

Evening sunsets

On late night drives

And hot bubble baths

Playing piano

Romantic comedies

The sound of rain

And photography

Chocolate hobnobs

Ah, I love it! I feel like I got to know you even more by knowing all the thing you like! I didn't know what some of them were (hobnobs?), but that doesn't matter! And it rhymed too! :)

Aw, that's sweet! Hobnobs are oat biscuits with a thick coat of chocolate on top. I call them the dippers, because you can dip them in your tea over and over again and they don't break! Hah! I think I could've added more to my list but it would have never ended. And yeah, I hardly ever rhyme in poems but this was fun! :) Thanks for reading Em, glad you liked it! ~ Nixie

Haha! I'd of probably of loved it, when I was a kid I would make mazes with the grass (obviously small ones) and I’d be entertained for hours. I love that fresh grass smell, reminds me of good times. :) Thanks Susan, I'm glad you liked it. ~ Nixie

Ha, I didn't think of it like that, and yet this one was so easy to write! I could've written more but I had to stop myself. Besides raindrop on roses and whiskers on kittens…These are a few of our favorite things, Baby elephants (any baby animal), smell of freshly cut grass, Cherry (almost every flavor) ice cream, azure blue sky and fluffy white clouds, Autumn trees (I life in New England, USA, we have the most breath taking scenery in the fall, as well as the other seasons), sunsets and sunrises, shooting stars, late night drives (up the coast or through farm land), hot baths, the sound of rain (and the smell), photography, chocolate (come on, who doesn’t like chocolate, I prefer dark chocolate, though), sleeping till whenever, my morning brew (Sumatra, Sulawesi, Kenyan, espresso…) and MY little ol’ thems.

You know what, I LOVE dark chocolate. The cherry ice-cream I like has dark chocolate in it too. I forgot to mention a few things - oranges, cereal (I'm a little obsessed!), my Nissan Micra (AkA Hobnob), painting, Indian food... I could go on and on. Oh and as far as tea goes, I love a good old English brew, but fruit teas are good too. *Sigh* Thanks for the fun comment, I enjoyed reading it! :) ~ Nixie
