Why would you get lost?

Wandering and tumbling

The floor is green

But the sky is blue

If you run

I won't blame you

But keep your feat

Don't lose your ground

If you fall

They may find you

If you do retreat

Here these words

Please don't pretend

To know where you are

You've surpassed the bend

Oh why, my dear

Oh why was it here

Oh why, my dear

Would you get lost

Would you fade away

If you didn't know how long you're gone

I can't imagine a place you'd be for so long

So very long

You've always been ten feet taller

Than the people first though you were

And nine feet smaller

Than when you first appeared

But now, I fear

You must leave here

Get back to your world

And don't disappear

Oh why, my dear

Would you get lost?
