Are you my crazy, or am I yours? Or are we theirs? Theirs ours?

Your Crazy

Discreetly on your toes

Dreadfully waiting your foes.

Find you if they might

But we'll be the ones who bite.

Whispering to the dark nothing

Wanting to forget your loathing.

We can fight your greatest fear

But you must be ours, my dear.

Wary of those reflective eyes

Hearing deathly close sighs.

Because you're lost in our residence

We're laughing, as you're always tense.

Catch the lights flickering about

Just be ready, for they'll go out.

It's only life that holds the radiance

Something we stole selfishly from your trance.

Understanding true hatred is all we know,

The insults murmur from the wind's soft blow.

No matter, we feel no such emotions

For the guests we've collected as our possessions.

Will you join us for the feast

Of everything you like the least?

Will you learn to obey

Our tasteful bouquet?

Nothing but you, darling, can satiate

It's hunger, so you're the bait.

Luring the treasures within our touch,

Bountiful payments can mean so much.

We know you wonder what we are

But you understand the answer lives too far.

We will tell you the fabricated evidence

Of the world you can only sense.

Deep inside your roundish head

We are the things that wish you dead.

We cause the memories that seem so hazy

Because we are your crazy.
