The Ignorant and the Successful

I can see by the glint in your eyes you've never suspected I'd be more than you. Never suspected I'd walk with God while you sit on the rocks. I've lent you my hand, but you swat it away like an ignorant fool. My only advice is to keep picking up those rocks, you are now my footstool. You mistake me as self-important, but my success just speaks for itself: I've built world's and skies while you wish you had a mind. You find me arrogant in your observation but that's because you present no competition. Your tongue is a snake feeding lies of superiority over me, I hope you know you get nowhere in life with only envy. I forgive your sins against me, you are only just confused. Better get a grip on life before hatred leaves your purpose run loose.
