My Chance to fall

Never thought I would fall,

You weren't supposed to exist at all.

Got to me found my heart,

Joined to worlds so far apart

Everything I failed to see

Found in you a part of me

Left unsure but wanting more

Waiting for the day you walk out that door

Nobody told me I would fall

Finally felt the crumbling wall

All you did was set me free

Lost in a sight I couldn't see

Nobody told me I would fall

Never knew I could have it all

But inside there are fears

Knowing you could cause me tears

Take the leap jump the wall

What if I crash and burn with the fall

Losing all I meant to keep

But then your words softly seep

Left breathless and out of reach

Of the crumbling wall you've managed to breach

Nobody told me I would fall

I don't even know this place at all

Found in me a foreign land

When I was lost I took your hand

Nobody told me I would fall

Now I've lost and found it all.

But then reality set in

This is a place I've never been

You're offering me it all

But then again I never wanted to fall

You're a danger to my heart

To all the things I believed in part

Not knowing if this is real

Are you lying about how you feel?

Nobody told me I could fall

I'm so scared of the crumbling wall

What if I fell and hit the floor?

What if you left me wanting more?

Could I have lost and found it all?

Will only my pride break this fall?

Nobody told me
