The experience
It piercingly pains to remember why
And the one to blame begins with a Y
I don’t know why you did it to me
Can’t take the haunting thought anymore
Without a tear, pain or some more
Why you could leave me this way
And undejectedly throw me away
Like a piece of dirty in the garbage
You gave me more than I could bear
Your sorrows forever shall bear
Yet we made our binding promises
Graced by the priest in church premises
Looking in your eye could see the love
My man in my arms no more to rove
When you said it so firmly “I DO
Could but feel all you said will do
Forever dwelling securely in your hut
Without a trace of doubt or hate
Never could dream to be so hurt
By the man I dearly loved at heart
The way you magnetically held and caressed
Defining how you would uphold and care
Defying the odds you were legally mine
I sacredly treasured you my man
A million words won’t explain
The love, faith, hope and trust but
In all Thanks for the experience
I write evil on sand forgiveness on rock
