Rain, oceans and skies.

Poetry By: Paradeyesbird

Poem about trying hard to manage in a relationship while having mental problems. Maybe it's not finished yet and that's why I'm sharing it as well, cause I'm open for tips and criticism.

I didn't see the rain fall down.
I became the rain that falls down on your warm and tender skin.
You made me fall.
You made me fall a million times in just one rain.
So now I'm lying on the bottom of a million oceans.
Just like you used to say these are those oceans of emotions.
To me they feel more like explosions with the salt sticking into my deep wounds and eyes.
I used to be that body, but now I'm the water that falls out of a million rainy skies.
Could you catch my tear when I let it fall out of the sky?
Tears for hate and tears for love.
Tears that fall from skies above.
Or have you found a shelter yet?
I know you are that kind of person that will search for one to be protected.
Constantly looking for a different shelter, will it ever be how you expected?
This is the weather that you're in and the rain will find it's way some day to touch your hot and tender skin.
The rain I've been running in the whole night long before.
Outside and far away from the shelter, in that cold wind that you hear, slightly pounding on your windows and door.
